So, we don’t lock people in with long-term contracts, or require a large chunk of your life savings as a buy-in fee. In fact, we don’t have a buy-in fee at all. You’re welcome to live at The Tradition for as long or as short as you’d like. With our rental agreements, you’ll have the stability of knowing what your long-term living costs will be, while also having the financial freedom to move somewhere else at any time. Though almost all of our residents do choose to stay here long-term, we also know that life circumstances can change unexpectedly. So, we made sure to offer full flexibility to our residents from the start.
